In December 2009 Dale Johnson, 28 from Hopkins Rd., Kennedy,NY in Chautauqua County was charged with sexual conduct against an 8 year old female. Sheriff Deputies said between June and August of 2009 Johnson sexually abused the 8 year old girl. The Sheriff’s conducted an investigation and turned this over to the DA where the Grand Jury indicted Dale Johnson. A warrant was issued for Johnson.
