Spiral Classifier is widely used to control material size from Ball Mill in the beneficiation process, separate mineral sand and fine mud in the gravity concentration, and clean mud and water in washing mineral process. This machine has features of simple structure, reliable and convenient operation, etc.
Ball mill is mainly used to grind material, cement, refractory, chemical industry, etc. Ball Mill has dry and wet ways. When wet Ball Mill works, certain water and other liquid will be added into materials to increase flowability of materials, so the capacity is increased. When dry Ball Mill works, capacity is affected because material flowability is reduced, so absorbing wind device is needed on the outlet of Ball Mill, and then negative pressure is formed in the Ball Mill to increase flowability of material, so the capacity is increased.
Flotation Machine can be used to separate non-ferrous metal, ferrous metal, noble metal, non-metallic mine, chemical material. It can be used in roughing, scavenging, selection or reverse flotation. In the flotation process, after being mixed with drug, some qualified mineral attaches on bubble, floats on the surface of slurry and is scraped out, other mineral still stays in the slurry, so the separating purpose is finished.
Magnetic drum separator is used to separate magnetite, hematite, limonite, pyrrhotite, ilmenite smaller than 3 mm in wet way. It is also used to separate iron in coal, nonmetallic ore, construction industry, etc. We can provide magnetic separators of forward flow, semi counter flow and counter flow types according to customers” request.
Shaking table is effective gravity concentration equipment. Although processing capacity is low, the separating effective size can achieve 0.037mm. The bed zoning is very obvious and easy to operate, so it can produce high-grade ore concentrate, sub-concentrate, and tailings.
High frequency concentrator is widely used for dewatering of concentrate and tailing, in the mineral selecting, concentrated mineral containing much water need dewatering. The middling also need dewatering to improve selecting effect.
